Dr. Thom E. Lobe is one of America's most experienced regenerative-medicine physicians. He completed his medical education across the University of Maryland, Johns Hopkins, the University of Pennsylvania, and Harvard, graduating cum laude from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He was mentored by the former U.S. Surgeon General, Dr. C. Everett Koop, at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

After completing general and pediatric surgical training at Ohio State University Hospitals and Nationwide Children's Hospital, Dr. Lobe served as Chief of Service at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston for eight years, where he built one of the earliest laser therapy programs for pediatric disease. At the Shriners Burns Hospital he developed deep expertise in advanced nutrition, metabolism, hormone therapy, skin care, and regenerative wound healing. Over 20 years in Memphis he trained more than 40 surgeons from the United States and abroad.

In 2008 Dr. Lobe opened his first anti-aging clinic in Beverly Hills, and in 2013 relocated his main practice to Chicago as Regenevéda. Today he is Professor of Clinical Surgery at the University of Illinois Chicago and focuses on advanced hormone therapy, anti-aging medicine, and regenerative therapies including stem-cell and peptide protocols.

Dr. Fouad I. Ghaly founded the Ghaly Center for Regenerative Medicine in 1995 to focus his practice on a then-emerging field. Physician-researcher recognized as a world leader in visceral, pericardial, and intramuscular fat elimination. Retired U.S. Army Colonel, former ER Chief, and recipient of a $1.2M National Science Foundation grant for visceral-fat research.

Dr. Sean O'Mara is a physician-scientist whose research has redefined how visceral fat is understood and reversed. Educated at Penn State (1985), Villanova Law (1989), and trained in the U.S. Army Emergency Medicine residency, he served as Chief of the Emergency Department and was named the Army's Outstanding Physician of the Year in 2004. He retired at the rank of Colonel.

In 2016 Dr. O'Mara was awarded a $1.2 million National Science Foundation grant to advance MRI-based research on visceral fat. He has since reviewed more than 6,000 MRI scans and developed protocols for eliminating visceral, pericardial, and intramuscular fat that are now referenced across the longevity and performance medicine community.

Dr. O'Mara works exclusively with senior leaders, elite performers, and visionary founders. His client history has included U.S. senators, governors, former Secretaries of State, U.S. presidents, and other individuals who treat their body as their most valuable asset. His practices are based in Naples, Florida and Minneapolis, Minnesota.
